Lori joined the Adoption & Maternity department as an Adoption Social Worker at Catholic Charities in October 2008. Lori received her undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and her master’s degree from Louisiana State University. In 2008, she completed a 90-hour post-graduate certification program in adoption competence through LSU. She has worked in the field of adoption for the past nine years. Lori previously served as a family preservation therapist to families referred by the Office of Community Services and Families in Need of Services for The SLU Family Resource Project and as director of the Project’s Family Group Decision Making Program. Lori and her husband are parents to three children through adoption. |
