On November 21st, many families gathered at St. Jude Catholic Church to celebrate National Adoption Month. Children made crafts, had their faces painted and played. Music was provided by Mrs. Dorothy and her Traveling Shaky Egg Band and a professional photographer took family photos. At the event, Mike and Vicki Hoormann were honored for their service to the agency providing care for children awaiting placement with their adoptive families.
